Wellbeing Mastery

Wellbeing Mastery is a 4 week interactive online health and wellbeing course. Because it is online, you can get started straight away. The program is designed brilliantly to ensure you not only put your self-care plan together for the 6 big areas of life (the relationship with yourself, your mental, emotional, physical, professional and relationships wellbeing) but implement it too. Plus, Brad guides you through really understanding the WHY behind each of your wellbeing goals as well. This is what makes the strategies all the more powerful. The Wellbeing Mastery program is 8 online modules spanning from 40 minutes to an hour in length. Because they are online, you can watch them at your own pace. And Brad gives just the right amount of detail and depth to the subject to take each of your wellbeing levels to new heights. How it works: Every Sunday and Tuesday, Brad will email you a module that focuses on one topic at a time. Alongside these modules, Brad runs a 1-hour Zoom video support call once a week.
